Job Context

This Position will be responsible to carry out product ideation, development and delivery coordination & internal stakeholder management for roadmap items, assist the Unit lead (GM, Prod. Mgnt.) in overall product strategy and go to market plan formulation. Periodic engagement in business case preparation, user journey, product conceptualization, and external partner communication (internal & external)

Job Responsibilities

• Study market and conduct research to identify market problems and user needs
• Stay up to date with market and competitor trends and share relevant insights
• Analyze data and perform estimation to prioritize among different problems
• Convert product features into meaningful requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare business cases and product strategy documents according to the product vision
• Maintain close collaboration with cross functional teams for prioritizing product backlog and developing product features
• Manage and align stakeholders from different levels throughout the organization about product vision, strategy, and features
• Monitor product performance by analyzing data and identify improvement areas based on that
• Work with different stages of multiple products at a time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, HR, Finance, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, SE. IIT EEE, ETE

Experience Requirements

• 6 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Agile methodology, JIRA, Product Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication

Additional Requirements

• Hands-on two (2) years of experiences in technology product management
• Proper understanding of Product Management, Agile Methodologies, JIRA,
• Expertise in writing meaningful User Stories
• Extensive Working experience with APIs
• Candidates need to have the following interpersonal skills- Problem Solving, Analytical Ability, Strategic Communication, Negotiation
• Data analysis, User experience design will be added as an advantage.
